By uploading a video during the book verification process, you grant Ria Om Shandilya and associated entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your video for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes:

- Website & Marketing: Your video may appear on our official website, in email campaigns, or other promotional materials
- Advertisements: We may include your video in paid advertisements or promotional campaigns across various platforms
- Press & Media: Your video may be shared with press outlets, media partners, or in interviews about our work
- Adaptations: We may edit, crop, add text/music, or otherwise modify your video to better fit different platforms and contexts

We promise to use your video responsibly and respectfully. Here's what we commit to:
- Positive Intent Only: Your video will only be used to promote our books and celebrate our reader community. We will never use it in a misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate manner
- No Malicious Use: We will not alter your video in ways that misrepresent you, harm your reputation, or associate you with content or causes you haven't endorsed

Important Legal Information
Duration: This license is perpetual, meaning we can continue to use the video indefinitely unless you specifically request removal in writing.
Revocation: While you grant us these rights, you may request removal of your video at any time by contacting us. We'll make reasonable efforts to remove it from active use, though we cannot guarantee removal from all third-party platforms where it may have been shared.
Your Rights: You retain ownership of your video and can use it however you wish. This is a non-exclusive license, meaning you're not giving up your rights – you're simply allowing us to use it alongside you.
No Compensation: Except for the free song credit you receive as a thank-you gift, no additional monetary compensation will be provided for use of your video.
Age & Consent: By uploading a video, you confirm that you are 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18) and have the right to grant this license.
Content Standards & Account Security
Important: All uploaded videos must be appropriate and related to your use of our book. By uploading a video, you confirm that:
- The video content is appropriate, respectful, and not obscene, offensive, or inappropriate in any way
- The video is genuinely related to your use of our Bollywood melodies book
- The video does not contain prohibited content including but not limited to: nudity, violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or any content that violates our community standards
Account Revocation: We reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban your account if we receive any obscene, inappropriate, or unrelated video content. This ban will result in:
- Permanent loss of access to your account
- Loss of all book owner benefits and discounts
- Loss of access to all purchased songs and content, including paid purchases
- No refunds for any prior purchases
We take content standards seriously to maintain a safe, respectful community. Please ensure your video is appropriate and book-related before uploading.
Your Privacy
We respect your privacy. While your video may be publicly shared as described above, we will not share your personal contact information (email, phone number, address) without your explicit consent.
